In the insurance business, customer service and communication with clients is the number one priority.  Drew Miller, owner of Drew Miller Insurance Services, has been helping clients in the Santa Cruz and greater Bay Area communities as an independent health and life insurance broker since 1982.  In July of 2009, we launched a redesign of www.drewmillerinsurance.com with a focus on offering better service for Drew Miller’s existing clients as well as making it easy for potential new clients to learn about health care and get an online quote.  The site features an integrated online quoting system and secure login with customized pages for group clients where they can find their benefit information easily and quickly. In 2010 an integrated email marketing system was added with matching email & newsletter template.
