Tree Top Web Design has a strong emphasis on customer service and this is evident throughout every phase of the design process.  After contacting us, we will arrange an in person meeting and will discuss your website needs, review your current website if you have one, and demonstrate the “back-end” management of what your future site will look like.  This meeting will typically last about an hour.  Within a week you will receive a proposal for your website along with a timeline.  If you elect to move forward, we will mock up one or more designs for you to review and from there we will design your site.  Once the site is complete, we will train you to manage your site and perform ongoing search engine optimization for the period outlined in your proposal.  We also perform a follow up house call within 4 weeks of launching your site in case you have questions or have found anything you would like to “tweak”.
